Abstract


By Type of Retail Loans Determining the Weight of Credit Factors Affecting the Decision of Crediting in Accordance with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
Recently banks considerably increased their interest to retail loans because of the increasing competition in Turkish banking sector. In this study; it has been demonstrated in accordance with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process that what criteria, retail loans allocation unitsof banks give more importance to during when allocating and deciding consumer loans, housing loans and car loans. For the analysis, consumers' personal characteristics, financial situation, job status and the guarantee situation are discussed as main criterias. In addition to this, for each criteria some sub criterias are determined and those main and sub criterias are all together taken into consideration.
